imo.
ward for some defense, hexes for shutdown, spreadable degen pressure + enchant removal, and self defense via hexes.

[skill]corrupt enchantment[/skill]
[skill]insidious parasite[/skill]
[skill]reckless haste[/skill] or some other anti-melee Hex, this is just my preferred
[skill]parasitic bond[/skill]
[skill]price of failure[/skill] or Defile Defenses... blocks aren't too common but... It could prove useful... Or whatever Curse you feel like bringing here, even Enfeeble if you like that.
[skill]glyph of lesser energy[/skill]
[skill]signet of lost souls[/skill] or Hexer's Vigor
[skill]resurrection signet[/skill]
12+1+1 Curses
12+1 Soul Reaping
Hit stuff with Corrupt for heavy degen, trying to remove key enchants (Prot Spirit, Attunements, Mending... ), then shut down physicals with your anti-melee hexes - Insidious and 'miss' hexes don't mesh well, take out a Warrior with Insid and a 'sin with Reckless. Cover stuff with PBond.
Myeh, I'm a really big fan of Parasite in Arenas... people will happily kill themselves on it.
and... EDIT for the above poster - a Sup rune is generally a really bad idea in PvP.
On that bar, it's downright retarded - you're losing 75 health so that Price deals... 6 more damage. Bravo.

Faintheartedness + Insidious are contradictory. I like Reckless + Insidious.

You are allowed to cast different hexes on different people, you know
Insidious is good for RA, people will kill themselves on it, and it heals you.

They are contradictory also. As far as I have seen, they have to actually hit for Insidious to trigger. So you just contradicted yourself when you was saying that someone elses build contradicts itself. Very contradictory and somewhat ironic yes?

Nice all around build for RA.
Inspired Hex is awesome for sending Spiteful Spirits and other hexes back to the original caster :P

I run this in AB, it's pretty damn good. DE+FN is a life saver. PoF+RH kills melee foes if they aren't smart. You get decent degen and it's really fun to play.

I adapted this from my usual AB build, which took out Enfeebling Touch for the Res Sig. You can also do Signet of Toxic Shock instead of one of the others.
And, no, I don't put Insidious and Faintheartedness on the same person.
